Political Tension Rising in Haiti (Part 2)

Haitian President Réne Préval is required to step down as President due to Constitutional Law.  However, he has told the public that he is unwilling to do so.  The Haitians we spoke to say that they are unhappy with the situation and that safety will be an issue.
